Cassie + Jaime's Treasury on the Plaza Wedding
Where does one begin to write a blog post for your little sister’s wedding at The Treasury on the Plaza in St. Augustine? Especially when you all know we are not well in the way of words!
So I guess it begins with the realization that our little sister is all grown up! I use OUR literally as Chad and I started dating when Cassie was about 13 years old. Due to the length of time Chad has been in Cassie’s life & the loving guy he is, he told me he truly does feel he knows what it’s like to have a little sister in Cassie. That statement makes my heart happy in many ways. Our family is very close. We love each other…..fiercely. And now myself & two siblings have also found people who not only love us individually but who love our family with the same kind of ferocity. Our family is so very blessed and we are so very thankful for it. So now, Chad (who photographed the wedding, with the help of a couple of special friends, & was a groomsman!) and I would like to share with all of you a glimpse into my sister’s favorite day thus far, and the day our family grew by one more. Jaime, we love you & welcome to the family. Thank you for loving our little sister and all of us that come along with her.
There are a lot of factors that came together for this wedding like any other, but the difference is we are friends with everyone involved. We, being wedding photographers, refer many brides and grooms to these people and we always tell everyone that they are who we would hire for our little sister. So here's proof. We love them all!
